Does Springboard has an option to send out an automated email to see candidates availability (times, days) - like a tick box form.


So when we move the candidate to HM interview and we have tried to contact them. Are we able to send an email to the candidate that we are progressing to interview and to confirm/provide their availability by filling in the form. (as a template in SB)

    Hi,

    Springboard currently supports interview self-booking functionality, which allows candidates to select an interview slot that best suits their availability from the options provided by the recruiter. This is aligned with standard industry practice and helps streamline the interview scheduling process for both candidates and recruitment teams.

    At present, there isn’t a separate tick-box style availability form, however the self-booking workflow is designed to achieve the same outcome in a more efficient and automated way.
