Ability to email a signed contract to a 3rd party email address

There is a functionality when posting an employment contract to a candidates portal, to email this to them once they've signed it.

As we do not have a way to transfer these signed documents across our systems, we would like to be able to send a copy to our HR mailboxes for future reference.

Wondering if this is a possibility to add the option?
