Ideas portal is to submit new feature and enhancement requests to Springboard team.
When an applicant is found suitable/unsuitable at a stage of our recruitment process, our staff are currently required to manually change the applicant's status or link them to a different job/requisition. We complete this manual action once we have updated the relevant outcome section in the Springboard Checklist.
We currently have some auto-moves which function when a Checklist update is made. These were created by PeopleScout in the back-end. These automations change the status of an applicant within a job/requisition when a Checklist outcome is updated. Currently to set up this type of auto-rule, our team need to raise a ticket for PeopleScout to hard code the automation into the back-end.
Is it possible for a solution to be developed which enables our team to create this type of auto-rule ourselves? An option which could possibly be added to the exisiting Process Designer or Talent Folder Process?
Some benefits and efficiencies of this would include:
Time savings as our staff would no longer need to manually change status or link applicants, only update the Checklist.
Streamlining processing, as it reduces double handling.
Our staff not at risk of accidentally creating duplicate applications when manually linking applincants between jobs/requsitions.
PeopleScout receiving a lower number of tickets requesting this type of back-end rule creation.
Creating a more customisable solution for clients.
