Ability to download PDs on touchscreen devices from candidate application portal.

User advises they are unable to download PDs on available links on job postings.
This is occurring on devices: iOS (iPad Pro 4th gen) and Android (Pixel 8)

The link is there but nothing happens when they click on it.
