Select multiple Job Function/Job Category when creating ad

We have the need to advertise roles in multiple job functions to enable candidates to locate our jobs more easily.

This is most relevant where we have a role that requires us to appoint someone who identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, but the role may require policy experience.

We could like to choose the Job Function Policy as well as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander in one advertisement. However, recruiters have to copy their ad and create a copy to be able to do this now. Being able to ulti select the job function would speed up this process, and make our ads easier potential candidates to search for.
