Combine App comms and Job comms into one section

Combine App comms and Job comms into one section like "comms".

Then, make every tag usable in every template (whether it is App or Jobs)

Maybe a "tag" can be added to the templates to signify if they are related to the reqs or Apps.

    Thank you for sharing this idea. After carefully reviewing it we came to the conclusion that combining these two sections wouldn't add to the product value. Please let me know for any concerns on the same.
