To improve transparency and accountability in the hiring process, we need to enhance the Hiring Manager (HM) feedback report by capturing the complete history of feedback requests sent by recruiters for each candidate. Currently, when multiple requests are sent for the same candidate, the system overwrites the previous date, making it impossible to track follow-up efforts. Delivery leaders and external stakeholders have requested visibility into how many times a recruiter has resent feedback requests and the corresponding dates (e.g., first request, second request, third request, etc.). This enhancement will allow us to monitor hiring managers who require multiple reminders and support timely follow-ups, ultimately improving process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
