New Applicants Dashboard

Adding a New Applicants dashlet to the SB dashboard, or making the current new applicants counter clickable would allow recruiters to view & action/contact new candidates in real time as they are applying. Currently we are not notified of new applicants until the next day's reporting is available, so candidates are not being contacted until the next day unless we just happen to be inside the req and see their app the same day it is submitted. This could have a tremendous impact on applicant flow and retention, and improve time-to-interview SLAs.

The current counter on the SB dashboard is not clickable, so we cannot see who has newly applied in real time, and does not appear to show all new applicants. As an example, I did a test application this morning and received an application from a rehire on the same req, and the counter on the dashboard still only showed as 1 instead of 2 (screenshots attached for reference).
