Forms Emails - make template hold edits when reminders are sent

We use templated forms emails when generating forms sent to applicants.

Often our templates need editing by the recruiter to include applicant-specific info.

When a reminder is set for form completion, the email that is sent is the base template without the edits that were sent in the original email that the Recruiter edited.

It would be helpful if the reminder emails held the edits so that the reminder emails make sense to the applicant.
