When a client updates an email template in the App Comms section, it does not currently automatically update the same email template used in the rules. So the client has to not only remember if the email template is used in the rules, but needs to go through and edit the rule, re-select the email template and save again.
The idea proposed means that the client can centrally manage all email templates in the App Comms and it will automatically update the emails in the rules. With this feature request, please allow the emails in rules to be customized separately so that the client has the option of syncing with the email template or being a stand alone email within a rule.
An NZ Government client would find this valuable.
