Dynamic Display of Available Seek Accounts

Is there still scope to further improve the way Seek accounts display within Springboard on the Advertisements screen? Could this be made more dynamic so that old accounts or accounts not linked to the agency selected on the Job Ad can not be selected by recruiters in Springboard?

While moving to the new Seek Job Posting service has brought many benefits, we've still had issues with agencies reporting old accounts displaying (16892) or selecting accounts which are not aligned correctly with the department being advertised for (17804), which may be prevented with further improvement on this screen
