While ideally end users (recruiters) will use forgot password to generate a new password if they're unable to logon and have merely forgotten their password (as opposed to inactive or locked users), we've experienced numerous examples where end users do need to be quickly and manually reset (password) by support.
In these instances it would be better if the Springboard product would force these manually reset users to choose a new password on logon (similar to how account password's expire and need to be changed after 90 days).
