Request Feedback Improvements - Hiring manager to still be able to view submitted candidates' information
1 - Allow scores to be captured, calculated based on category and overall scores to be given to candidates as part of a shortlisting matrix that the client can define
2 - Allow Hiring Managers to review CV's, Cover letters and original answers submitted after submission. This will mean that after Hiring Managers review candidates at screening stage, they can still see information about the candidates for the interview stage and prevents recruiters having to retrigger the generation of request feedback multiple times throughout the process
3 - Allow Hiring Managers to edit answers on candidates so that the request feedback doesn't have to be re-triggered each time candidates are moved to new stages requiring new rounds of feedback. Enable Hiring Managers to edit submissions at multiple stages of the hiring process.
4 - Allow Hiring Managers to undo accidental submission of candidate answers. If a Hiring manager accidentally submits an answer about a candidate, they can retrieve that candidate and resubmit/edit answers

This is Swati from the Products Team. We reviewed this idea and have following thoughts:
1). Existing feature. The shortlisting could be done using the questionnaire score.
2). Do you need HMD tool for each step? For decentralised model, we request feedback only once, in most cases. For centralised model, HM controls the whole recruitment process.
3). This is an existing feature under Administration --> Hiring manager Feedback --> Allow HM to edit their feedback for an individual candidate until all feedback submitted

4). Could be performed using 3 or reset the feedback request.
