QSS: Update Selection Report When Attachment Added.

Update the Selection Report so that when an attachment has been added to the Report, it displays the name on the page where it allows attachments to be added.

The attachments are listed on the Requisition Summary when you click on to view the report it in the HTML format. However, from a user experience, it would be easier to confirm that what has been attached is visible.
