Campaign Module: Redirecting URL when Campaign is over

When Campaign is over, clients may want to put in a custom redirect. Currently it defaults to the home page. When the Campaign is archived, the redirect page looks like an error page, not very friendly. Please explore:

1. Creating a customisable redirect page or at least a 'friendlier' page.

2. Give the Campaign module the option to create custom redirects.
