Could we please get added an option to notify the candidate when changing their status?
It would be the same option as 'create new interview' > tick box 'send notification to candidate' > email > choose template (SEE SCREENSHOT).

Hi Lisa,
We are working to segregate the Unsuccessful folder into three categories i.e. Rejected, Offer Declined and Withdrawn. This will help the users to create rules based on the specific status. Will this help solve your use-case? Please let us know.

We are aware of the rules engine option, but we want to customise it further, e.g. if I move someone to reject and change the application stage or status to withdrawn; I'd like to have a withdraw email I can send rather than a one size fits all approach with the rules engine

Thank you for sharing this idea. This is Swati replying on the behalf of the Products Team.
We have reviewed it and would want to discuss this further. There are three ways to change the status in Springboard.
1). Action Menu -> Change Status
2). Drag and Drop
3). Rules Engine
Do they want to implement this change for all three scenarios? Also, could you discuss with the client that rules engine could be configured to send out notifications on entry to a folder so what value would this add to the product?
