Update RTH Status Filters

When searching for RTH Requests in Admin/Request to Hire, you can filter by Status.

Client would like to see all Status' except 'Retract.'

Suggestion is to be able to choose multiple Status' in the filter, not just one or 'All.'

This would help reduce requests for deletion of data.
