Copy existing Talent folder to create new ones.

The process for creating requisitions in Springboard allows the user to copy both existing workflows and requisition, this saves considerable time when creating new requisitions.

Is a similar function available for Talent Folders? (as I cannot locate a similar TF function)
Are users able to copy Talent Folder Processes Configuration (eg previous FY so new FY steps can be updated), and copying already created Talent Folders?
