Selecting candidates and paging to next page and selecting etc.
As you select all candidates on each page, SB tells you how many candidates are selected as you select them.
When you go to action the status change, the box displays how many candidates have been selected.
Once the changes have been made, SB confirms the number updated.
2. Click 'Select across all pages' checkbox.
In this case, the system warns you that you are about to make an action on a large number of candidates.
For lower numbers, it still shows a warning
In both scenarios, the user has to make several deliberate actions to bulk update the candidates and is notified of the number.
Even so, client wants to update to remove the bulk actions for certain users or switch off functionality completely.
Possibly you might want to hang off a permission, however I don't think necessary due to the low number of issues we encounter and the fairly robust warnings as you are actioning it.
The improvement here I think could be:
In the first scenario, have SB notify the user with the same pop up boxes.
Perhaps remove the 'Don't show this message in the future.' option, we should always make it obvious what is happening.
Are there any other bulk action scenarios we can make sure the warning boxes are on?
Hello,
Thanks for creating this idea. This as been identified as a valuable addition to the product and has been raised as a P3 item on the product roadmap backlog.
Thanks and regards
