Ideas portal is to submit new feature and enhancement requests to Springboard team.
In rules engine, when you send message after a certain period of time, it may get sent to the candidate at a strange or inappropriate time - e.g. the middle of the night or on a weekend.
Proposed new behaviour - 3 options
Set a specific date for a message to be sent - e.g. March 15th
Set a specific day of the week for a message to to be sent - e.g. the next Monday and Friday
Set the message to be sent during business hours. E.g. wait 30mins/2 hours/ 72 hours, then send between 9-5 pm Monday to Friday and allow for timezone to be aligned to either NZ time/AEST time.
E.g. if someone applies at 8 pm Friday night, and the rules engine is set to send message after 30mins but during business hours. Then send the message next business day during business hours NZ time, so the message will actually be sent 9:30 am Monday morning NZ time.
