Could a job have multiple owners so that the job can be viewed on the dashlets or could the user select jobs that aren't owned by the user to be shown on the dashlets?
Situation - team manager owns the jobs, but members of the team need to manage some aspects of the job but can't easily use the dashboard dashlets because that job isn't owned by the team member, nothing is showing on the dashlets

Great news, there is a feature in Springboard that can do this already.
Shared Services Resource Tracking - enables users that don't own the job, to be added as activity owners, so that they can also view the job as if they own it. Once a user is an activity owner, they will be able to view their dashboard and the dashlets will populate jobs as is they are the owner of the jobs.
