Dark Theme for Springboard.

Hi Team,

Client- Victorian Police has raised this enquiry if its possible to add this feature to Springboard in future.

Client- "Several of our team use a dark theme on computer programs to alleviate eye strain.
Many of the Microsoft programs such as Outlook have a dark theme option available.

Is a similar dark theme a feature currently available for Springboard?
If not it may be worth adding it to the feature roadmap as it is a function which is increasing in popularity across not only our team but the wider workforce."
