Suggestion for product improvement.
Currently, when creating a template in the app comms, it's feasible to establish a dual Email/SMS template under the Message Category = Forms Email. However, when selecting a Forms Email action in the rules engine, the option to send the SMS component is not available. Therefore, it's impossible to send the SMS portion of a Forms Email template.
If we have set up an SMS template within our app comms, it may not be accessible in certain areas such as the rules engine. For example, when sending a form to a candidate using an email template, the SMS option may not appear. The same is true when generating a form for an individual candidate and using a template to send it - the SMS option may not be available.
