NZDOC requested to add Free text field for location on Interview scheduler screen

I have received this request from NZDOC.

We have drop down boxes under location with our mostly used addresses. There are times we want to add a one off address. Can we have a drop down that allows us to type free text? Snip attached of where I am referring to.
