DoE - removing a candidate from multiple talent folders at once

Hi team

DoE have requested a feature regarding talent folders. The problem statement that they have articulated is:

A candidate may exist in multiple talent folders at any point. I want to be able to remove a successful candidate from multiple talent folders at once.

Are you able to advise if it is possible to do this? Perhaps as a workflow? Or would this be a development item?

I've attached a work in progress for a requirements document, I thought I would check in with you first to see if this was something that is currently possible.
