For example, we want to notify the HSW team if someone has made a declaration on the pre-existing injury form, but we need to be able to attach a copy of the completed form (completed by the candidate) to the email template, as our HSW doesn't have access to Springboard.
This would be handy for many more forms that may need to be reviewed by different teams within the business (e.g. HR, Employment Lawyer, Diversity & Inclusion, L&OD teams...etc)

The above feature is available from manual action as follows -
Send message to 3rd Party
Under Attachments section, Candidate Documents --> Select form to be uploaded with the email.
From the rules, you can do the same, switch on the Application documents and the form will go to the recipeint.
