Bulk letters of offer

We’re currently looking at the Manage Offer/Offer Details screen where candidate information are populated to generate letters of offer.

Can we clone the details off another candidate (e.g inputting a SB candidate ID number) so that a higher number of fields in the Offer Details screen are pre-populated to reduce duplication of effort?

With regards to some entry level high volume recruitment positions with identical position detail and role requirements, recruiters are required to use Mail Merge to produce letters of offer for high volume roles which results in inconsistency, impacts our data, reporting and onboarding.
