From a technical viewpoint, Springboard pulls the information ( otherwise known as scraping) and uses the ‘home organisation’ being DFFH as its source. This is not ideal as branding is not accurately reflected. We have departments within DFFH for example Home Vic , The Big Housing Build that wish to haver their branding appear on Linked In and be pulled into their own LinkedIn jobs page. This is a common problem across government unfortunately and there is no solution.
For example Solar Victoria is encountering the same issue, all their roles appear under DEECA being the home organisation.
