Revert back to ability to not have to add 'from email' in app comms so it sends from the user/sender

The new update to app comms no longer allows you to update/create app comms without having to add a 'from email' to the template. It used to allow this to be kept blank and defaults to allow the template to be sent form the individual user/sender.
