To set conditions in rules based on free-text fields

Hi Team,

Graeme from Kiwihealth has raised this request. Is it possible to set conditions in rules based on free-text fields? If not, we would like to submit this as an enhancement request for consideration by the product/development team.

Attached is an example - Any free text custom field appears, we can not set a rule based on exclusion.

    Ideally we would like options:

    Field Equals/Is in (comma or semicolon separated)
    Field Does not Equal/Is Not In (comma or semicolon separated)
    Field Is Null
    Field Is Not Null

    Hi Mahak, just curious - you'd want to set up a rule with 'field X equals to empty' and 'field X equals to filled'?
