Add a SAVE button to the email editing window

Hi Springboard devs

There's a UX issue with the email editing window having no SAVE button.

Experienced users will know to click outside the email editing window to have their edits hold, but inexperienced users don't know this, and it's not intuitive.

Currently this is mainly an issue when editing Forms emails. Our users will add their edits and send to applicants, however the edits will not appear in the sent email.

We can solve this with training, but it would be even better not to have to train on something that could be solved with an intuitive UX solution.
