Add Candidate to Multiple Reqs at Once

We currently have the functionality to link candidates to jobs in other organisations which allows us to copy them to jobs within the districts Springboard instances.

We are wondering if it's possible to add the functionality to link to more than one job at a time. Currently candidates can select up to 5 districts that they would like to be referred to and we have to link them to one district at a time which means we can be repeating the process up to 5 times for one candidate.
