Default My Jobs view to show Job Ads column without scrolling to side

The My Jobs page doesn't by default show the job ads column without scrolling across or going to settings to enable that field to be shown in the page. This causes confusion with clients, without this column, it takes many more clicks to navigate from my jobs to the job ads.

Suggestion

• Default My Jobs view to show Job Ads column without scrolling to side e.g. column 6

Benefit

• Means client can easily click hyperlinked job ad and go straight to that page without clicking into job first

• Most clients don't edit the page views, so having this as default will help
