Hide the 'Required Question' field on the create/edit question page for Questionnaires

Is it possible to make the "required question" field on the create/edit question page for questionnaires restricted and visible only to admin users?

Effectively hide it (option to make a question required) from normal recruitment users on the create/edit question page for questionnaires.

This is to prevent end users from inadvertently making a specific question mandatory for all Job Ads.
