enable rules configuration option for the field type date of java forms

Currently,the From springboard rules configuration option is not available for field type date of Java forms. Recruiter is unable to set up rules based on the field type date of Java forms. For example Recruiter is unable to set up rules based on the field visa expiry of java form.

    Hello,

    We're asking candidates if their visa/permit has got an expiry date, and if so, provide that date. If the date is in the past, we want to flag this to the HM (as a notification sent via rules engine).

    Hope this makes sense.
