Incease length of time error messages display in Springboard so that these remain longer on the screen before vanishing.

Hi All,

QSS UATers have requested as an improvement suggestion that when error messages display in Springboard that these remain longer on the screen before vanishing.

An example is when you re-assign or delegate an approver to yourself the system prevents you, but the error message that displays, also disappears very quickly from the end users view.
